Refund policy

AgelessLX offers a 1-year money back guarantee from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise stated for a specific product. To request a refund, we require the return of the product to our facility.

Refunds are available for eligible orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

• If returning our AgelessLX capsules, bottles must be returned (opened or unopened) to receive a refund.
  
• If returning one of our AgelessLX drink mixes, the bag(s) and unused stick packs need to be returned to receive a refund. 
• If returning our AgelessLX Xtreme Male Formula or AgelessLX Power Greens, please send back the canisters (opened or unopened) to receive a refund.
• Please note our skincare is not refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and return labels are not provided. A restocking fee of $8 per item will be applied to the return amount for both U.S. and Canadian returns.

We do not refund shipping fees and strongly recommend insuring your return as we are not responsible for lost returns.
