Refund policy

AgelessLX offers a 1-year money back guarantee from the date of original purchase. To request a refund, we require the return of the product to our facility.

• If returning our AgelessLX capsules, bottles must be returned (opened or unopened) to receive a refund.
• If returning one of our AgelessLX drink mixes, the bag(s) and unused stick packs need to be returned to receive a refund. 
• If returning our AgelessLX Xtreme Male Formula or AgelessLX Power Greens, please send back the canisters (opened or unopened) to receive a refund.
• Please note our skincare is not refundable. 

Please return your product with your name and reason for return to AgelessLX Returns, 19655 E 35th Dr., #100, Aurora, CO 80011. A restocking fee of $8 per item will be applied to the return amount.

We do not refund shipping fees and strongly recommend insuring your return as we are not responsible for lost returns.
