Do exercise #1 for 20 seconds.
Take a 10-second rest.
Repeat 8 times.
Do this for each exercise.
Tip over with a straight back, shoulders pulled back and pull elbows toward the ceiling squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Dig your heels in, keep your chest lifted and push your knees out resisting that band.
Band goes below the calves, stepping to the side, leading with the heel.
You are doing a lunge with a little bit of an angle. The back leg hides behind the front leg. You are still heavy on the front heel.
Dig your heels into the floor, drive your hips up, open knees at the top resisting the band, back in and then down.
