Ingredients

• 2 medium zucchini
• 1 yellow summer squash
• 1 small sweet red pepper
• 1 small red onion
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 tsp fresh sage or 1/2 tsp dried sage leaves
• 1 tsp honey
• ½  tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp celery seed
• ½ tsp dill weed
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

1. Thinly slice zucchini, squash, red pepper and onion and place in a large bowl.
2.  In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients until blended. 
3. Pour mixture over vegetables then toss to coat. 
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
