Ingredients

1 cup Strawberries (Sliced)
1/4 cup Blueberries

2 oz Goats Cheese (Soft) (Crumbled)
Directions
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth to create a creamy balsamic dressing.
2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, chicken, strawberries, blueberries, cucumber, pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese.
3. Drizzle the creamy balsamic dressing over the saladand toss gently until evenly coated.
4. Serve immediately.
