Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup gluten free steel cut oats
  • 2 servings vegan protein powder
  • 1 ½cups unsweetened dairy alternative milk
  • Add-ins:  1 tbsp flax, chia, or hemp seeds, nut butter, cocoa powder, unsweetened coconutflakes, blueberries, peaches, mango, pumpkin puree, blackstrap molasses

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Choose from the optional add-ins list to create your own special recipe.
  2. In a mason jar,  layer your ingredients with oats on the bottom,  followed by your choice of add-ins and dairy alternative milk. 
  3. Place in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy in the morning!
