- 1 ½cups unsweetened dairy alternative milk
- Add-ins: 1 tbsp flax, chia, or hemp seeds, nut butter, cocoa powder, unsweetened coconutflakes, blueberries, peaches, mango, pumpkin puree, blackstrap molasses
